Raintree Systems Appoints Former HealthSouth Leader Chief Operating Officer

TEMECULA, CA – August 8, 2007 – Raintree Systems, Inc., a national provider of integrated healthcare technology, practice management, and electronic medical records solutions, announced on Wednesday, August 1st, that Terrence D. Sims has been named Chief Operating Officer and that he will be joining the Company Board of Directors.

Sims brings over 15 years of healthcare IT and operations experience. Prior to that, he spent 5 years in the banking industry. Sims will oversee product engineering, professional services, market development, human resources, finance, information technology, strategic alliance, and merger/acquisition activities of Raintree’s US and European-based operations.
