pVerify

pVerify offers industry’s most innovative, all-payer electronic patient eligibility verification solution that is equally useful to both the front-office (patient registration) and the back-office (billing). The front-office can verify eligibility and benefits (co-pay, co-insurance etc.) in seconds without having to re-key the information or spending countless hours on phone. For the billing office, pVerify can help reduce insurance denials by as much as 50% by validating payer assignment and patient demographics. Our real-time payer list has over 300 payers (Medicare, Medicaid, BCBS and Commercial) across all 50 states.

pVerify is fully integrated with Raintree for 3 primary functions: First initiating the eligibility request which can be done on an individual on-demand or batch process. Second for storage of the eligibility results. Third any discrepancy in patient demographics or insurance information can be automatically written back into the patient’s insurance, records, thus aiding generation of “clean claims.” pVerify process not only queries the carrier’s EDI system but also has a drop-in (additional fee) manually phone based call center to cover 100% of the carriers.

The CCA is an association of convenient care clinics that provide accessible, affordable, quality health care throughout the United States. Convenient care clinics are being launched across the country to help provide care to meet the basic health needs of the public.
