Technical Training Workshop

What will my staff learn during the workshop?

Richard Welty (President and CEO) and other Raintree team members will be leading the meetings. We are having a technical training workshop to teach screen building and list views as it relates to the development of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) including input screen templates, narrative reports and “behind-the-scenes” logic. Please bring any current paper based forms in use at your office to capture clinical information and document the patient workflow process.

What are the fees for the meeting?

The fees are $1,000 per participant per day.

What travel arrangements should we make for our staff?

We recommend that your staff arrive the night before the workshop because we will begin the meeting at 9:00 am. There will be a lunch break from 12 noon to 1:00 pm as well as at two 15 minute breaks. The meeting will end at 4:00 pm so it is recommended that return flight departures be scheduled for times after 6:30 pm PST. Ontario International airport is usually the best option for both inbound and outbound flights from our corporate office located in Temecula.

Please bring with you a Windows 2000, XP or 2003 operating system laptop computer. Be sure your computer's screen resolution is set to 1024 by 768.  This will prevent you from missing activities that do not fit on screen.
