Palmetto Cutover from NHIC

  1. Enrollment (Completed by Customer)
    • Send the application to Palmetto and receive a submitter ID and password
    • Wait time could be weeks to months
    • Visit Palmetto’s website for enrollment forms and for frequently asked questions (FAQ)
    • Click here to go to Palmetto’s website
    • Enrollment forms under EDI (EDI Enrollment)
  2. Raintree will add your new submitter ID when you get it from Palmetto
