Raintree User Groups

The Purpose

The purpose of the user groups is to formalize the goal of customers driving the product enhancements and direction. Raintree has always taken customer feedback as the source for product enhancement but that customer feedback has not always been a collective or broadly based type of feedback. At times the customer with the loudest voice or the one that by chance had someone’s ear would have their idea or enhancement developed but that item would not necessarily have been the best item across the customer base for that industry. Our goal is to formalize the user group as the cross matrix of providers, administration and billing staff for a given industry that will collectively talk through (and in some cases shadow through) scenarios for a given enhancement idea that will help crystallize and clarify the various aspects of the idea. Once finalized the group would document the specifications related to that item and submit to Raintree all those items they have decided they want in order of priority. Prioritization of the enhancements will help us put the right focus on the right items based on the time frames assigned.
