Since 1982, Wampler and Associates has been providing physical therapy and rehabilitation services to the northern areas of Virginia surrounding Harrisonburg. While they facilitate fundamental physical and occupational therapy, they also offer treatments specializing in pre/post operative rehab, sports injuries, arthritis, tendonitis as well as neck and back pain. In addition, their facility features an aquatic therapy pool for patients who suffer from vertigo or have trouble balancing land based exercises.
With a team of 9 professionally licensed therapists, Wampler and Associates is a small practice but their mission to continue helping patients achieve optimal health has helped them make a large impact on their local community. Particularly, their project with Habitat for Humanity called Rehab Hands for Habitat is an event that helps gather volunteers to build homes for the less fortunate as well as collect donations for their efforts to provide shelter resources.
