As most of the world now knows, we are all facing concerns and in some cases fears of the impact COVID-19 poses to humanity globally and in our own communities.  We want to assure you we are committed to reducing those anxieties and advancing our just cause of enabling access to healthcare for as many as possible through the use of technology.

The disruption we are starting to see in the healthcare delivery system could cause financial strain on business and by extension ours as well.  For many of you, we share in this risk directly because you have a pricing model that adjusts with changes in your business volume (per visit/encounter).  

We are working hard to help and we are fully prepared to enable tools that you can leverage to maintain continuity of care for your active patients, while reassuring them the healthcare they need is safe.  We strongly encourage you to contact your major insurance carriers proactively to see if you may treat patients that can receive their care remotely via tele-health instead of coming to your facility. We can also help with reassuring your patients who must come in, that you are documenting your efforts to ensure a safe treatment environment for them and your staff.  Finally, we can ease your on-going communication via RT Connect and our Engagement Center (ARM).
